  • increasing your volume

  • or moving at faster speeds

This is where Overcoming Isometrics, the exertion against an immovable object, comes into play. I have been utilizing this form of training for almost a decade and in this book, I wish to provide you with all that I know to either get you training again, or providing a catalyst for growth to the training you are already doing.
